We cannot guarantee having all items permanently in stock. If an item is out of stock, we will advise of anticipated delivery date.

Delivery & packaging

All items are sent via ‘Special Delivery’ service. This guarantees your goods arriving safely and promptly. The varying costs are as follows: Gilet, Bag, Shrug, Scarf £7.95 Jacket £9.95 Coat £12.95 N.B. If more than one item is ordered, please allow £12.95 P&P charge. Please allow 7-14 working days for goods to arrive. Deliveries are made during working hours and will require a signature. We offer our overseas customers a choice of Standard or Express service.

Guarantee For Real Sheepskin & Shearling

Our garments are made from real sheepskin. It is not always possible to eliminate small imperfections or slight variations in surface colour and texture, not even with the most careful choice of sheepskin tanning. These unique qualities should not therefore be considered a fault, rather they are an inherent characteristic of real sheepskin. Therefore it cannot be guaranteed, that leather colours will remain fast no matter how good the tanning process may have been. To care for your garment, please use a specialist dry cleaning company.

Returns & Exchanges

Our products are designed with great care and affection, we hope you feel the same about them. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, please return in the original packaging within 14 days of dispatch and we will refund or offer an exchange. This does not apply to Pre-Ordered, Made-To-Order or damaged items (statutory rights not affected). Just complete and enclose the returns form supplied with your delivery. Please note we are not responsible for return postage, and sadly, cannot be responsible for parcels which fail to reach us. Always obtain a certificate of posting as proof of postage.

Our Ethical Stance

Our sheepskin, shearling and leathers collections are a by-product of the food industry and originate from within the EEC.

Legal

Prices include VAT at the prevailing rate and valid until 31st December 2022 (subject to changes in VAT). Care has been taken to ensure the reproduction of colour is as accurate as photographic and production processes allow and that descriptions are accurate. Slight variations may occur.
